宋蕾，女，蒙古族，1978年9月生，内蒙古赤峰人，博士，教授，硕士生导师，就职于内蒙古工业大学土木工程学院市政工程系。
1995年～1999年就读于内蒙古工业大学建筑工程系给水排水工程专业，获工学学士学位；1999年～2002年就读于清华大学环境系环境科学与工程专业，获工学硕士学位；2002年～2007年就读于清华大学环境系环境科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位。
