杨璐，女，汉族，1996年9月生，内蒙古呼和浩特人，博士，硕士生导师，现就职于土木工程学院市政工程系。
2015年~2019年就读于内蒙古科技大学能源与环境学院给排水科学与工程专业，获工学学士学位；2019年~2024年就读于西安建筑科技大学环境与市政工程学院市政工程专业，获工学博士学位。
