郝帅，女，满族，1991年10月生，吉林省双辽市，博士，讲师，硕士生导师，现就职于土木工程学院建筑工程系。
2019年~2024年于就读于西安建筑科技大学防灾减灾工程及防护工程，获得工学博士学位。
